Terms and Conditions
– No same day service, no bookings for service less than 12 hours
– Cancellation charges 20% of ride if cancelled 24 hours in advance, 100% charged if cancelled or no show on the day of service
– House informed consents and legal paperwork for customer to fill out after scheduling is complete
RT is a privately held company that provides transportation services to passengers who need nonemergency medical transport, or other needs. RT contracts with SE Trans to provide services in the State of Georgia. RT can also contract with private payers, MCO providers, healthcare facilities and other organizations or individuals for eligible transportation services.
